Depending on your keyboard, you may need to check that the Function keys are enabled. There are a number of ways to enable the function keys.
Enable Function keys
Press and hold the Fn key and the F1 key together.
Press and hold the Ctrl key and the F1 key together.
Press and hold the Shift key and the F1 key together.
Google how to use the function keys for your specific keyboard.
Have your IT disable the Fn key through the System BIOS.
Using an on-screen keyboard
In Windows, go down to the search bar and type in On screen keyboard and select it from the list.
Click the Fn button to show the Function keys.
Click on the relevant item then click F1 or F5 from the on-screen keyboard.
If the on-screen keyboard does not work, you must reinstall the HandiSoft application from the latest version as the .chm files (help files) may be missing.
