When installing HandiSoft updates, the location may show set locations but doesn’t allow you to pick a different location.
Follow steps below to clear the saved HSoft folder locations for the HandiSoft updates. This will allow you to choose a new location.
Open a Run command by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
Type regedit and click OK.
Navigate to the following folder: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\HandiSoft or HandiSoftSQL
Double-click Path.
Delete anything shown in Value Data and click OK.
Now, when running the install, the Browse or Change button will be available to select your desired HSoft folder.
