In Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft, under the Tax Forms tab, you will see the list of the selected clients' tax returns along with the status of each return.

If the returns are missing or if the Status shown in Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft is not the same as the status shown in HandiTax, complete the following to resolve.
Log in to the relevant HandiTax year.
Tag the return.
Press F6 to ensure only that return is tagged.
Go to the Client menu, Recalculate clients tax details.
Highlight #Tagged and click Select.
This will refresh the details and the status should now match.
