If your version number is not updating after a recent upgrade, ensure you have determined the correct installation path when installing the update. The install path must end with HSoft. Ensure the Apps folder is not included in the installation path.
Important: Do not attempt product updates if you are using HandiSoft Online (Access Evo), as updates are managed by The Access Group.
During the upgrade installation, if you are unable to change the installation path to point to the correct HSoft location, alternatively, you may need to access the local server and open Computer Management to check.
