If staff names are missing from the Client Details window after installing the latest upgrade, it may mean the data tables didn’t fully update before staff opened their HandiSoft programs.
Your SQL Administrator can restore the SQL backup taken before the installation, restore the HSoft folder, then re-run the latest installation.
When opening any HandiSoft program for the first time after installation, make sure all tables have finished loading before opening another program or allowing another user to log in
Important: If you are restoring from the backup, ensure all users are logged out of HandiSoft programs.
Alternatively, you can request an SQL script by raising a new case with support online. The script will be provided via the case, and should be run by your SQL Administrator.
