Document Hub - Error accessing the portal user account in Document Hub

If the error message There was an error accessing the portal user account, appears when trying to resend an activation email, try the following steps:

1. Change the user's email address to [email protected].
2. Click Save.
3. Re-enter user's correct email address.
4. Click Save and click Resend Activation.
