Document Hub - Log in as an end-user in Document Hub

  1. Log in to Document Hub via a web browser.

    1. Your Accountant's Practice ID (found on your Activation email or contact your Accountant to supply).

    2. Your username or Email address is assigned to your Document Hub.

    3. Your Password was created during the activation process.

  2. Once logged in, you can choose to switch portal areas where you have multiple Client Portals.

  3. Click on the Profile icon.

  4. Click Switch Portal Area.

  5. Click on the client name or reference code to enter the other portal.

  6. If you are unable to log in due to a browser displaying Error: 'This page cannot be displayed', try the following:

    • Another device or computer.

    • A different web browser.

    • Clear browser cache for All Time.

    • Check if your Anti-virus is blocking the URL.

    • Open an incognito/inPrivate browsing mode.
