Document Hub - Portal user unable to login to Document Hub

If a Portal User is unable to log in to Document Hub or Client Portal:

  1. Check that you are logging into the correct webpage: https://documenthub.handisoft.com.au/ClientPortal/Account/Login/

  2. Clear the Browser cache and cookies.

  3. Try another web browser.

Tip: You can use an email address instead of the portal username.
