As an Admin, you can click Restore Defaults to return email templates to their original wording. This is useful when updates to Document Hub require the default content to be applied to Access Document Hub emails sent to Hub users.
Tip: Clicking Restore Defaults removes all custom wording. If you want to keep your current content, copy it to Notepad or Word before restoring.
โTo restore Document Hub email templates to the default content:
Log in to the Access Document Hub via the web browser Document Hub documenthub.handisoft.com.au
In the Accountant's Practice ID enter your reference code.
In the User name and Password fields, enter 'Admin' and the Admin password.
Click Login to access the Document Hub Admin page.
Click Email Templates to view the list.
Emails sent from your practice have a Name prefixed with DocSentByWebservice.
Emails sent from the client to your practice have a Name prefixed with DocSentByWebapp.
To restore a Client Portal email template, click on the Anticlockwise Open Circle Arrow on the required email message template to restore defaults.
On the Restore Defaults Alert window, click on Yes to confirm the change.
