Document Manager - Overview of Document Hub in Document Manager

Document Hub is a secure method of transferring documents between you and your clients.

Your client's portal folder in HandiSoft Document Manager is used to:

  • Upload

  • Edit

  • View

  • Request signatures

Accessing the Document Hub via your web-based browser is used to:

  • View

  • Download

  • Download and sign

  • Upload

  • Message


Generally, the Admin user in your firm will access Document Hub from the browser to:

  • update the admin email address

  • company address

  • some template wording, and

  • the company logo.

Other users within your firm can access Document Hub functionality using HandiSoft Document Manager.
