Document Hub - Resynchronise Portal Account in Document Hub

When you have requested a support consultant to reconfigure your Document Hub Account, you will be prompted to enter a password when re-opening any HandiSoft program. The support consultant will provide you with this one-time authentication password in a comment in your support case.

  1. Enter the password provided, then click OK.

Note: If you are not to user who requested the Portal to be resynchronised, click on Cancel, which will allow you to continue working. However, until a password is entered, Document Hub will not function.
