When a support consultant reconfigures your Document Hub account, you will be asked to enter a temporary authentication password the next time you open any HandiSoft program. The consultant will give you this one-time password in a comment on your support case. This password is only for this reconfiguration step. It is not related to your ATO credential password or any usual login passwords.
Enter the password provided, then click OK.
Note: Document Hub will not function until a password is entered. If you are not the user who requested the Portal to be resynchronised, click on Cancel to continue working.
