Document Hub - How to identify which individual portal users currently share an email address and username?

The latest changes to the Document Hub (Client Portal) are further tightening our security measures around the product and will ensure smooth interaction with our integrated products.

To identify which portal users are affected, you are able to run a report via Document Manager:

  1. Open Document Manager, from the Reports menu select Client Portal Report Builder.

  2. From the Item Selection tab, please click into the ellipsis button next to ‘Filter Expression’ and click New.

  3. Type ‘Individuals’ into the name field, select the Type ‘Client’

  4. In the Client Expression window enter Typestr@Clients = "I"

5. Click Save and Select to select the filter.

6. Under the Report Details tab, select the Report Type Portal Users and move the following fields into the righthand side Selected Fields window via the single arrow in the middle:

1. Portal Username
2. Portal User First Last Name
3. Client Reference
4. Client Name
5. Email Address
6. Portal Status

7. Under the Sort by (1st sort field), from the dropdown arrow select Email Address.

8. Once complete, click on Save to save this configuration so you can easily load it again if you need to re-run the report.

9. Click on Query to run the report.
