Document Hub - How to run a report for outstanding signature requests

In Document Manager, the Client Portal Report Builder can be used to run reports on certain criteria, such as outstanding signature requests.

  1. In Document Manager, go to Reports, Client Portal Report Builder.

  2. On the Item Selection tab, tick the check box for Display Unsigned Only.

3. Go to the Report Details tab at the top.

4. Under Available Fields, highlight the relevant field and click the arrow '>' to add it to the Selected Fields.

For example, you could add the following: Client Reference, Document Name, Document Status, Document Status Date, Signature Request Date.

5. Under Sorting, from the drop-down menu Sort by (1st sort field), choose Signature Request Date.

You can also use the second Then sort by (2nd sort field) and add another variable to sort the results.

6. Press Query to generate the report.

If required to remove signature requests, you can go to View, Signature Requests, type in the client reference individually, press Edit and untick the check box under the Client Signature Required area.
