Document Hub - How to remove a signature request without deleting the document

To remove a signature request and leave the document file remaining in the Portal folder in Document Manager:

  1. Right click on file that has a signature request in the Portal folder and select Details.

  2. Click View Signature.

  3. Untick the check box (remove tick) from the Client Signature Required column. Do not press the Remove button.

  4. Press Update and follow the prompts, it should now clear the signature request without removing the file.


To remove a signature request from the Signature Request window:

  1. In Document Manager go to View, Signature Requests.

  2. Highlight the document and click Edit.

  3. Untick the check box (remove tick) from the Client Signature Required column. Do not press the Remove button.

  4. Press Update and follow the prompts.
