Ensure that the individual user is set up and activated for Document Hub.

Locate the client in your HandiSoft programs.
Select Edit, and in the Client Details window, select the ellipsis at the end of the Client Portal field.
In the Client Portal Configuration window, note down the User name of the individual.
Locate the Company in your HandiSoft programs, select Edit, and in the Client Details window, select the ellipsis at the end of the Client Portal field.
In the "Client Portal Configuration" window, click the ellipsis under the heading 'User Name'. Locate and select the User name of the individual that you noted down. The email address should populate.
Enter the Name and Surname.
Click Save.
When the individual uses their normal login to access the Document Hub Portal, they will then see two portal areas, one for their individual documents and one for the company documents.
