When you delete a Rental Schedule that has rolled over from the previous year, you may experience a the below SBR errors;
RNTLPRPTY.000020 - Invalid context. Entity identifier TFN must be the same across all contexts.
RNTLPRPTY.000023 - Invalid context. At least one Reporting Party Rental Property context must be provided.
GEN.500030 - Invalid context. Period start date must be the same across all duration contexts. (startDate)
GEN.500033 - Invalid context. Period end date must be the same across all duration contexts. (endDate)
To resolve these errors, simply close out of the return entirely, then open the return again.
Click Errors, and they should be removed.
If the errors still occur:
From the main screen click TaxForms, Edit and check the Year Start\End dates are correct.
Open the tax form, click Errors, the errors should be resolved.
2 .Close out of HandiTax.
Navigate to the Hsoft\Apps folder.
Rename the HtXX.exe.Config file to HtXX.exe.ConfigOLD (*XX denoting the HandiTax year)
Open HandiTax and check the form for errors.
