Document Hub - How to create new tags

If migrating documents from Document Manager to Document Hub, Tags will automatically be created based on the folder name the document was exported from.
eg. If there is a '2022' folder and a 'Tax Documents' sub-folder in Document Manager, when migrating the documents to Document Hub, the system will automatically create the '2022' and 'Tax Documents' tags.

To create new tags directly in Document Hub:

  1. Login to Document Hub as the Admin user.

  2. Select Options then click the Edit pencil icon against CompanyDocumentTags.

3. Click the plus icon to add a new tag.

4. Type in the tag Name then click Save.

This tag will now be available to select against the documents.
