If you receive the Error: 'The operation timed out: 12002' please raise a new case and provide answers to the following questions:
Does this error occur when uploading any document or only certain documents?
Does the error occur for all clients?
If you log in to HandiSoft with a different username does the error occur?
If you log in to HandiSoft on a different computer with your username does the error occur?
Do other users experience the error?
