When in Document Manager and selecting the View menu, Maintain Client Portal Logins, the following error may occur.
This is referring to a Document Hub username.
If you know which client this belongs to, open their Client Details window and click the ellipsis next to Document Hub to open the Document Hub Configuration for… window.
Does the Document Hub license appear duplicated in this window? If so, highlight the duplicate then click Delete. If the Delete button is not visible you will need to Log in to Practice Manager Contact as username ADMINISTRATOR and then attempt the deletion again.
