Since the latest updates to Document Hub we no longer allow individual portal users to share an email address/username.
Most individuals will have their own email address; however in the situation where a power of attorney or signing officer exists, multiple clients may have the same attorney/director signing documents on their behalf. Under these circumstances, the same portal user can be assigned to each of the client,s.
Example:
We have a Staff User named Bill Bloggs, who has a Power of Attorney for Jim Green and Mary Ferry (Individuals).
Staff User Bill Bloggs is the signing officer/director for Client Green Trees Nursery (Client Type: Non-Individual)
Bill Bloggs uses his portal email address [email protected] to sign documents on behalf of Clients.
