Document Hub - Access violation error when sending documents for signing in Document Hub

Receive error 'Access violation at address 0000000 in module 'HtNNSQL.exe or HctNNSQL.exe. Execution of address 00000000.' when sending docs to the client portal for signing

To resolve:

  1. When a user sends documents to the portal for signing, do not tick the option Create Reminder Event, in the Direct to Client Portal window.
