Document Hub - Each user requires a unique email address in Document Hub

All individual Portal users must have a unique email address.

It is important to ensure that individuals are identifiable via something specific to them, and in relation to Client Portal logins and communication, a unique email address is required.
​
As we grow our products and the connectivity that they will share with each other, individuals across the connected ecosystem of products are vital. These individuals will require many components that identify them, one being a unique email address.

To identify which portal users are affected, you can run a report via Document Manager.
