The prior year HandiTax modules can be accessed using the following methods.
Through another HandiTax module
On the left-hand side, the access panel will show the prior years.
Click the relevant year to open.
Through Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft
On the left-hand side of the access panel will see the prior years.
Click the relevant year to open.
You’re able to add extra shortcuts to the access panel by going to Options, Client Centric, clicking New and selecting the prior year you wish to add.
Through the HSoft\Apps folder
Open File Explorer and navigate to the HSoft\Apps folder.
if you can't find the HSoft folder, right-click on the HandiTax icon on your desktop and select Open File Location. You can also log in to the current year HandiTax program and go to Help, then About and take note of the location of the HSoft folder. If you're using HandiSoft Online (Access Evo), go to the App (Z:) drive.
Sort the folder by Type to see all applications together.
Double-click the relevant year to open, e.g. HandiTax 2025 = Ht25.exe.
