Document Hub - How do I resolve the server maintenance error when logging into the Document Hub live site?

The server maintenance error can occur when accessing Document Hub, often clearing internet history can resolve the issue, the steps below will guide you through clearing the cache history.

Clearing browser history in Chrome

  1. Close all open Chrome windows and tabs. Open a new Chrome window.

  2. Click the Menu button in the top right (the three dots).

  3. Select the 'More tools' option and then select Clear browsing data.

  4. On the Basic tab that populates, click the drop-down and select All time

  5. Check the boxes for the info you want Chrome to clear, including browsing history

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. On the Advanced tab, click the drop-down and select All time

  8. Click the Clear data button.

  9. You have now cleared the cache of your Chrome browser. We recommend closing and restarting the program.


Here's how to clear your browsing data in Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Settings (click the three-dot menu button from the toolbar)

  2. Choose the Settings option.

  3. Go to the Privacy, Search, and Services section from the sidebar.

  4. Then, from the Clear Browsing Data Now section, click the Choose What To Clear option.

  5. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu, use the All Time option.

  6. Now it’s time to select the types of browsing data that you want to clear, browsing data, download history, cookies and other site data, cached images and files.

  7. Click the Clear Now button.


If you're using HandiSoft Online ensure you clear the cache both inside HandiSoft Online and your desktop browsers.

  1. Click the Launch app icon

  2. Select Chrome.

  3. Complete the above steps for Chrome.

  4. From your desktop browser complete the steps for Chrome and Edge.
