The website URL address can be reached via web browser https://documenthub.handisoft.com.au/ClientPortal
On the Login window enter:
Your Accountant's Practice ID (found on your Activation email or contact your Accountant to supply).
Your User name or Email address assigned to your Document Hub.
Your Password created during activation process.
Once logged in, you can choose to switch portal areas where you have multiple Client Portals.
Click on the Profile icon
Click Switch Portal Area
3. Click on the client name or reference code to enter the other portal.
If you are unable to login due to a browser displaying Error: 'This page cannot be displayed' try the following:
Another device or computer
A different web browser
Clear browser cache for All Time
Check if your Anti-virus is blocking the URL
Open an incognito/inPrivate browsing mode
