The error can appear when uploading documents with a signature request to a client via Document Hub.
This happens when the destination Document Hub portal folder contains a document with this same name. However, the document in the Portal folder might have a (SIGNED) at the end of the file name.
To resolve this, Rename the document you are trying to upload. You can then request the signature again.
