Exporting the HandiTax files
Open HandiTax and Tag the tax return.
Press F6 to check the tagged client is correct, then click Close.
Go to Tools, Copy tagged clients to disk/email, Directory/Drive, Browse select This PC.
Select a location to save the files, then click Ok.
In the saved location, two files, Clients.xxd and Returns.xxd will display.
Adding the files to your case
Log into the Customer Success Portal.
Scroll down and click on My Open Cases.
Click on your Case to open or Create a new case.
Once in the case, select Upload Files or drop files, browser to the location, and attach to the case.
Clients.xxd and Returns.xxd will now show in Upload Files or drop files in the case.
Enter a case comment to advise the Support Consultant the data is attached.
