HandiTax - How do I retrieve pending validations from lodgment?

Manual retrieval of responses

If you clicked Check Later on the “SBR Countdown Timer” window, you can use a Batch Pull request to receive the response from the ATO.

  1. From the Lodgment menu, click Pending Validations from Lodgment.

  2. Highlight the transaction to be pulled from the ATO.

  3. Enter your Credential Password and click Retrieve.

Note: Only the person who lodged the original response can retrieve the validation.
