When opening a HandiSoft program the below error may occur.
This is due to an old version of the HsDocManXX.dll file. (*XX relates to the current year)
Navigate to the Hsoft\Apps folder.
Sort the folder by Name and find the HsDocManXX.dll file.
There should only be one HsDocManXX.dll file and it should be the current year eg. If the latest year is 2023, the file will be called HsDocMan23.dll
If there are multiple HsDocManXX.dll files with earlier years, please remove the earlier year files from Hsoft\Apps folder.
