HandiLedger - Complete Report for the current year only in HandiLedger

The default reporting options in HandiLedger allow the current-year and prior-year financials to be displayed in the reports. If you prefer to display the current year only.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger, then select your entity.

  2. Go to Financials, Complete Report.

  3. Under the Prior Years, remove the 'From Period' and 'To Period' values from the Report Periods tab within the Report Options window.

  4. Click Ok to run your report.

If you require a specific report within the complete report to display the current year only, you can change the configuration using the Preferred Reports feature. You can change one or all reports depending on your requirements.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and select the entity.

  2. Go to Reports, Preferred Reports.

  3. On the HandiSoft Masters tab, highlight the relevant report set up for this entity and press Copy, Ok. This will make a copy of the master template into the Selected entity tab.

  4. Locate the report from below, e.g., Detailed Profit and Loss, then press Edit.

  5. Click on Select Format.

  6. Locate DC and click Select.

  7. Click Ok, then Close.

  8. Go to Financials, then select your individual report or the complete report.

  9. Click Ok to run the report and review the result.

Note: DC stands for Description and Current year only, DCP is for Description, Current and Prior years.
