HandiLedger - Half-year financial reports in HandiLedger

In HandiLedger, you can run reports based on periods, using the Report Periods tab to specify the periods to be included in the report.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and Select your entity.

  2. From the Financials menu, select the required report.

  3. Select the Report Periods tab.

    Report Options
    1. Current Year - Type the range of periods in the current year to include in the report.

    2. From period - Select the start period for the column.

    3. To period - Select the end period for the column.

    4. Prior Years - Type the range of periods in prior years to include in the report.

  4. As there are twelve periods in the year and the year start and year end dates were 1 July and 30 June respectively, then July is period one and June is period twelve.

  5. If you require half-yearly from July to December, you will use period one to period six.

  6. Then click Ok to run the report.

Report Format

The Report Format tab allows you to select a report layout format. You can choose one of the four standard report formats, or you can opt for user select, which allows you to select from all available formats.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and Select your entity.

  2. From the Financials menu, select the required report.

  3. Select the Report Format tab.

  4. Choose User select, then click Select.

  5. Highlight and Select the format HY_N, Financial - Current year only - Half years.

  6. Click Ok to run the report.
