Accounts are missing from my report

Updated over a month ago

If you have transactions present for your HandiLedger entity, but these accounts do not appear on the Financials, please attempt the following.

  1. Go to Tools, Verify Accounts, Start.

  2. Click Close.

  3. Run your report.

If this does not resolve your issue, please log a new case with Support and reference the title of this article for investigation.
