To change your ASIC Agent number in HandiRegister, you will need to:
Notify our Revenue Cycle/Billing team.
Upload your new index file.
Update your Agent information.

Notify our Revenue Cycle/Billing team
The main contact on your The Access Group account is to log in to their Customer Success Portal.
Click the My Access tab, then go to the Bills & Payments tab.
Click Create Finance Case.
Select Update Company Details and provide the following information:
Your Client Reference Code
The new ASIC Agent Number
Any associated documentation (if applicable)
Upload your new index file
The Revenue Cycle/Billing team will process your change and email the updated license file to the main contact on your account.
Follow the instructions provided in the email.
Alternatively, log in to HandiRegister, go to Tools, Copy a new HandiSoft Index File.
Follow the prompts to download the index file.
Close and reopen HandiRegister to update the ASIC agent number.
Update your Agent information
Log in to HandiRegister, then go to Options, Edge Setup.
Click the Agent Info button to update information where necessary, then click Apply.
Click the Security button if you need to reset your password.
