Why are the lodgment options greyed out?

In HandiRegister under the Lodgment menu, the lodgment options may be greyed out.

  • Modem Transmission

  • Retrieve Reports/Data Download

  • View ASIC Received Files

Please go to Options, EDGE Setup, Agent Info tab.
Does the Registered Agent Number show in this window?

If not, please download a new index file:

  • Go to Tools, Copy a New HandiSoft Index File, click OK to download, restart the program for the new index file to take effect.


If the Agent number is still missing, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
