When using BankFeeds it's opening a marketing page

Check HandiLedger is on the latest version, Help, About, to confirm the current version click on Software Updates, or click on Access HandiSoft Product Updates
Ensure all users are out of ALL HandiSoft Programs and you have a recent backup, once confirmed download and then install the HandiLedger update.

If you have a license for BankFeeds, you can try to download a new index file, and then try to download the bank feed transactions
​
If you currently don't have a license for Bankfeeds and you would like further information on Bankfeeds, you can contact Sales or your Account Manager.
