Handisoft BankFeeds is a secure service that streams banking transaction data directly from your client’s bank account into HandiLedger. Data imports seamlessly, eliminating the need for costly, time-consuming manual data entry.

Set up BankFeeds
Log in to HandiLedger and Select the Entity.
Go to the Banking menu, select BankFeeds then Bank Accounts.
Click New and complete the Bank Account Details window.
Under Account code details, select the HandiLedger Account number for the BankFeed.
Click Save, then Yes to activate the BankFeed.
Click Yes to create and email a Bank Authority form.
The Bank Specific Authority needs to be sent to the Service Provider via post or email. The address is located on the bottom of the form.
Once BankFeeds has been set up for your client, transactions will be downloaded automatically when you go to, Banking, BankFeeds, Bank Accounts.
Note: Once the entity's signatories have signed the appropriate forms and they have been mailed back and received by the service provider, the BankFeeds will be activated. This normally takes 3 to 5 business days. Given the nature of the information being downloaded, the paperwork must be in order before the commencement of the feeds.
