Reactivating a Deactivated Bank Account

If a bank account was accidentally deactivated within the last 24 hours, you should:

  1. Raise a case with support, and include the following information:

    • Client Name

    • Client ID

    • BSB and Account Number

    • Account Name

  2. An Access Group support analyst will then liaise with SISS Data Services to potentially restore BankFeeds.

If a bank account was deactivated more than 24 hours ago, you need to:

  1. Send the completed form to the service provider.

Note: Any transactions between deactivation and reactivation won’t be downloadable, and you must enter these manually.
