Error: 'Handle is in the wrong state for the requested operation' when importing BankFeeds

When importing BankFeeds into HandiLedger the above errors may occur:

This means that the website can’t be reached at the moment because the server is not ready to handle the request.
This could happen because it’s too busy, under maintenance, or something else which requires a deeper analysis.

Please attempt to download the BankFeeds at a later time.

If the message still occurs please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
