Please complete the below to resolve this issue.
Ensure that a backup is made and all users are closed out of all HandiSoft programs before completing these steps.
Navigate to the Hsoft\Apps folder.
Rename the SBR folder to SBROLD.
You will then need to reinstall the current years HandiSoft Full Version, selecting only the HandiTax options from the list of available programs.
You can then install the most current HandiTax patch upgrade.

Once these have been installed the issue should be resolved.
