If the Corrupted quarantine file error occurs in an amended tax return, please complete the following:
Close the amended return.
Open the Clients Tax Form Details window of the original return and mark as 'Ready to Lodge'.
Remove the Lodged and Notice Rec'd dates.
Untick Transmitted, Save and Close.
5. Open the original return, check for Errors, resolve any errors.
6. Close the return and re-enter the details removed at steps 2, 3, 4.
7. Open the amended return and the Corrupted quarantine error should be resolved.
