The default number of partner names appearing on the Partnership Declaration is two.
Using the instructions provided below, you can increase the number of partners on the report using the Flexible Report Writer feature in HandiLedger.
Increase the number of Partner names
Log in to HandiLedger.
Go to the Reports menu and click Flexible Report Writer.
Click File, Open.
Scroll down to highlight and select the Partner Declaration.
Go to File and click Save As
Provide a new Name for the report, e.g. PartnerDec4
Scroll to the bottom of this report and change the (directorCount = 2) to the required number, e.g. (directorCount = 4).
Click File, Save As on the main menu to save the changes.
Click File, Exit to close out of Flexible Report Writer.
Go to Reports on the main menu and click Preferred Reports.
If you have not already copied a master report to the Selected Entity tab, click Copy on the report master required.
Highlight Partner Declaration and click Edit.
On the Preferred report add/edit window, click Select report.
Click on the User Defined Reports tab, scroll and highlight the report that was saved in the steps above, E.g. PartnerDec4.
Click Select.
Click Ok and Close to return to the main screen.
Run the Financial Reports to view the Partner Declaration with the additional Partners names.
