In a few steps, you can increase Director Numbers in the Directors Declaration report in HandiLedger.
Log in to HandiLedger.
Go to the Reports, then click Flexible Report Writer.
Select File, then click Open.
Select the Directors Declaration.
Go to File on the main menu, Save As to save the report, which will allow editing.
Give the new report a different Name.
Scroll to the bottom of this report (directorCount = 2) and change the director count from 2 e.g. 6 for the directorCount and exitCount to the same number e.g 6.
Click File, Save on the main menu to save the changes.
Close Flexible Report Writer.
Go to the Reports menu and click Preferred Reports.
You need to have your set of reports in the Selected entity tab, if you have not already copied a master report over to the Selected Entity tab, press Copy on the report master required.
On the Reports menu, highlight the Directors Declaration and click Edit.
Click Select report, User Defined Reports tab.
Highlight your edited report and click Select, Ok.
Close out this screen to run your financial reports.
