Access Handisoft

An update for HandiTax 2017 is needed to resolve Error: '<b>CMN.ATO.GEN.500127 Year of return is invalid</b>'.

Get all users to log out of HandiSoft and Microsoft programs.

Download and run <a href="https://www.zones.handisoft.com.au/software/updates/htwin17/ht17_303full.exe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">HandiTax 2017 V3.03</a>.

Once the upgrade is complete, open HandiTax 2017 then attempt your lodgment.

1. Get all users to log out of HandiSoft and Microsoft programs.
2. Take a backup of your HandiSoft system.
3. Download and run <a href="https://www.zones.handisoft.com.au/software/updates/htwin17/ht17_303full.exe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">HandiTax 2017 V3.03</a>.
4. Once the upgrade is complete, open HandiTax 2017 then attempt your lodgment.
