The most common cause of Citrix Workspace disconnecting is the internet connection. We recommend the following:
Check that the Citrix Workspace is up to date.
On each computer experiencing the issue, go to Run. Type in CMD, then press enter, then type in tracert aumydesk.access-workspace.com.au. Then press enter. Please attach the output /screenshot to your support case for further investigation.
