If you see the error message ‘XX/XX/20XX is not a valid date and time’ in any HandiSoft program, check your computer settings.
Adjust your computer settings
Close all HandiSoft programs.
Using your computer, right-click on the Windows icon and choose Settings.
Time and Language.
Click Region.
Make sure the regional format is English (Australia).
Click Change data formats.
Select Short date format as XX/XX/XXXX and close out of the settings window.
Restart your HandiSoft program and check if the error still occurs.
