HandiSoft programs give you the ability to maintain extra information about a client.

These additional information fields extend the User Information and Flag fields that displayed on the Client Detail window. Additional Text, Money, Integer,Type and Date fields are provided and the Categories extend the Flags available for a client. A Selections section allows more additional customisable options.
Access additional information fields
The Client Extra Details window stores the relevant information you can add to your client database. To access these additional fields.
Log in to Practice Manager Contact or HandiSoft.
Highlight or select the applicable client and click Extra.
Click the Text tab to view additional Text fields.
Under the General tab, the additional Money, Integer, Type and Date fields are displayed.
Click the Categories tab to view additional Categories for selection.
Click the Selections tab to view additional Selection fields.
Apply meaningful labels to fields
HandiSoft allows you to apply your own labels to the fields to make them more meaningful and easier to work with.
In the Client Extra Details window, click Labels and insert the description you wish to use in the field next to the relevant section, and then click OK.

Use the additional fields in reports and filters
These additional fields can be used in reports and filters. For a text field use UserTextn, where n is the relevant number. For example UserText2@Clients for the item at Text 2.
