Time+Billing comes with standard invoice layouts to choose from. You can use these existing layouts, or modify one to suit your requirements.

Modify an existing invoice layout
In Time+Billing, go to Options, Notice Layouts.
In the Invoice field, click the ellipsis button.
Highlight any HSoft master layout and click Copy.
Name your new layout, then click OK then click Design.
If it is a user-created layout, simply click Design. A HandiSoft master layout will have HSoft in the HSoft column. This will be blank for a user-created layout.
Customise the bands and cells as required.
Double-click on a cell to edit it.
Press F1 for more information.
If editing text, all text must remain in quotation marks (β β).
Make one change at a time, then go to Report, Execute to preview the change.
When you're satisfied with the change and no errors result, Close the report preview.
Go to Report, Save.
Go to Report, Exit.
On the Invoice Layouts window, highlight your invoice layout and click Select to make it your default invoice layout.
On the Layouts for Printed Notices window, click OK to confirm your selection.
Review your layout by previewing an invoice.
