There are a few methods for seeing which users are using a program license:
In Practice Manager Security, check the Log Viewer if you have logs activated to see which users are using/accessing the module
Depending on the network, you may be able to check Task Manager Users to see if it shows other users on the network and which programs they're running
On the local server, check Computer Management, see steps below:
Note: This must be completed on the server machine.
Open a Run command by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
Type compmgmt.msc and click OK.
In the Computer Management window, go to the Shared Folders, then Open Files.
In the right-hand window, find any HSoft files that are open. Right-click on these files and select Close Open File.
