You can configure Time+Billing for receiving payments via BPAY to enable your Customers to pay their bills via telephone and online banking.

To create BPAY facilities, you must obtain a Biller Code number from your bank. This is a unique number that identifies your organisation.
Contact your preferred bank, building society or credit union and arrange to become a BPAY biller.
Time+Billing will then allocate a Customer Reference number to each client in your database.
Invoices that you generate will all have the BPAY logo with the Biller Code and the relevant Customer Reference number.
Note: BPAY algorithm - MOD 10 version 1.
Configure the BPAY settings
Important: Once you have entered the BPAY settings, you will not be able to change them.
Log in to Time+Billing.
From the Options menu, click BPAY Setup.
In the Biller Code field, type the unique biller code that your bank has assigned to you.
Click Assign BPay Customer Reference Numbers to allocate reference numbers for the existing clients. Time+Billing will automatically allocate a Customer Reference number to any new clients.
Click Report to generate a 30-customer sample report, which you can send to your bank for approval and validation.
The report will have the Biller Code as a header, and have three columns with the following information:
The HandiSoft client reference code.
The Customer Reference Number.
The Customer Reference Number with the check digit.
Click OK to confirm the BPAY settings and close the window.β
