Document Manager - Edit the columns to display in Document Manager

In Document Manager there are default columns that show in each folder.

  1. You're able to edit which columns show by going to the Options menu, General.

  2. Under 'Columns to Show' tick which columns you want to see.

  3. Use the blue arrows to change the order of the columns.

  4. To reset the columns, click Default.

  5. If the relevant columns are ticked and you still can't see them on screen, it may be because the columns are minimised.

  6. Hover your mouse over the column divider until you see a horizontal arrow.

  7. Click and drag the column to the right to expand the column.

Note: The columns to show that are set in Document Manager are the columns that will also show in the Documents tab of Practice Manager.

If the columns and heading in Document Manager or Practice Manager Documents tab aren't showing correctly, are you are not using HandiSoft online, visit the updates page via Help, About, Software Updates to ensure you are on the latest version of Document Manager.
